addition to the condominium, the Casarina complex has many
other features to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.
Private Beach Access – Once you
step onto the world renown powder-white sand beach, you
will be pleased to find the Casarina offers pool side and
beach chairs and lounges for your convenience. The Casarina
is the only private community to offer a beautiful boardwalk
protecting the Sea Grass. You may dine along the boardwalk,
in shaded pods, while watching dolphins near the Gulf’s
edge or while seated near the beautiful gardens and artesian
swimming pool.
Club House – As you enter the complex,
a paneled library style clubhouse leads to a beautiful Gazebo,
that overlooks the lagoon and garden area. The Club House
(and it’s kitchen) may be used for private meetings,
entertainment, scheduled receptions, or for a quiet respite.
 Pool,
Cabana, & Grill – The 110,000 gallon
artesian pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped private
gardens. The poolside cabana with wet bar and gas-grill
provide a relaxing open-air environment for grilling lunches
or dinners to extend your pool-side time.
Hotspring Spa – A ten-person hotspring
spa is poolside for your relaxation. (Children must be accompanied
by an adult!)
Tennis Courts – Two private tennis
courts are nestled within the Casarina’s complex,
near the Clubhouse. These private courts offer onsite exercise
and entertainment.
 Private
Gardens – The Casarina features lush tropical
gardens highlighting many types of beautiful tropical plants
and trees. The gardens were designed and installed by a
Horticulturalist and are professionally maintained.
Security – The Casarina is a private,
fenced community, offering both privacy and security. Access
and egress to the buildings, gardens, parking garage, and
pool are secured and protected via keyed entry gates and
a security guard.
